is a Attorney at Sundstedt | Goodman PC. He earned his B.A. Degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, in 1976 and obtained his law degree from Western State University in 1980.
Mr. Sundstedt has acquired an impressive track record and wealth of experience in his 37 years as a civil lawyer in Orange County and Southern California in general. He has tried numerous civil and criminal jury and bench trials in Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and as far north as Alameda county.

He has arbitrated and/or mediated hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients to a successful resolution. He has represented hundreds of corporate clients, small business owners, real property developers, commercial lessors, homeowners, and accident victims in a wide range of legal matters, all of which give him the ability to not only provide effective seasoned legal representation in court, but also render the type of pro-active legal advice which keeps his clients out of the courtroom.

Presently, Mr. Sundstedt is admitted to practice before all the California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Sundstedt maintains a California State Real Estate Brokers license and has received the coveted AV rating in legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell publication. Mr. Sundstedt is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Thomas More Society.
Mr. Sundstedt is married, with five children and one grandson.
