is an Associate Attorney at Sundstedt | Goodman PC. He received his B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Public Policy from San Diego State University where he was an active member of the Tau Sigma Honors Society for academic excellence.

Mr. Carlos graduated from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law with his law degree in May 2024 where he was a member of the Corporate Law Society. During his time in law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Booth & Moses and K&L Gates LLP, both offices which represented clients in personal injury matters, as well as business, commercial and other civil litigation cases.

Mr. Carlos started as a law clerk with Sundstedt | Goodman PC starting in February 2023 and worked closely with Mr. Sundstedt and Ms. Goodman while in law school, and continuing after graduation. It was here that he was able to refine his civil litigation skills and focus his practice more towards trust and probate litigation. With a background in Economics and Public Policy, Mr. Carlos has brought a unique skillset to assist clients with Trust and Probate Administration matters, helping fiduciary clients, in particular, to properly report, account and fulfill their administrative duties in a careful, pragmatic and economic fashion.

Mr. Carlos primarily works on trust and probate litigation matters, representing trustees, administrators and beneficiaries in contested trust, probate and estate matters, including real and personal property disputes, accounting disputes, financial elder abuse and undue influence claims. Mr. Carlos has assisted clients throughout the litigation process from the initiation of legal action through trial preparation.
Mr. Carlos was admitted to practice before all California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California in December 2024.
